Firm Overview

At Baratta, Russell & Baratta, we are aggressive advocates representing persons severely injured or killed by the negligent acts of others.  We are trusted advisors experienced in formulating estate plans and administering estates.  We offer a combination of these talents and experience to our many small and medium sized business clients to fight aggressively if litigation is necessary but also to help them stay out of court by offering the proper advice in dealing with their business relationships.

Your greatest asset is your health and well being.  That asset can be stolen in an instant by the careless acts of another.  This theft of your health can occur in a motor vehicle accident, due to the dangerous condtion of property, due to medical error or a defective product.  Our trial attorneys will fight to ensure that you are compensated, fully, for your loss of earnings, medical expenses, pain and suffering and loss of life's pleasures.

You also have worked hard to accumulate your wealth.  That wealth, and your wishes as to what will happen to that hard earned wealth upon your death or disability, deserves to be protected.  Our experienced estate planners can formulate the necessary plan to ensure that you are able to protect what you've earned.  As your trusted advisors, we can ensure that your estate is administered such that your final wishes are honored.
